It is critical for managers to understand the significant differences between leading, managing and technical work, which of the three activities they will gravitate toward, which of the three their job requires most, and how to switch from one to the other depending on the task at hand. Leadership training is highly complementary to EFAP services because they both strive for the same goal which is greater employee engagement, leading to increased productivity.

The support line is accessible 24/7/365 and is a highly effective and valuable component of our EFAP offering.
